Full training provided, positive office culture, and professional development. This position offers base salary + commission pay structure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with policy questions, services, and recommendations.
- Build customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Engage with our community to develop leads and schedule appointments.
- Identify customer's insurance needs, and market appropriate products and services that fit their lifestyle and situation.
Requirements:
- Motivated, people-oriented, and willingness to learn
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Detail oriented and capable of basic computer skills
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance license upon offer
Other Perks
