Patrick McGuire - Farm Bureau is a long-lasting established insurance agency in Clio! Pat's decades-long tenure with Farm Bureau ensures a professional, positive introduction to the insurance field for motivated, career-oriented individuals.
No experience in insurance? No problem! Pat and his team are looking for an entry-level, positive, sales-driven individual to join the team and kickstart their insurance career. Full training and licensing support will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with a positive attitude
- Engage in the community and your own network for family and friends to educate about insurance products
- Establish customer relationships with new and existing customers
- Learn about customer needs to recommend products and policies that fit their lifestyle.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:

A Property and Casualty license must be acquired upon job offer. This position offers base salary + commission potential!
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
